what stories does your soul have to tell?

1:1 soul-centered guiding for times of transition, moments of uncertainty, and deep inquiry into the unique gifts that you carry in this world.

i work with women + femme folks* in the liminal spaces in-between old stories that no longer serve + new stories that long to emerge.

i meet most of my clients in moments of transition, where they feel ready or in the process of answering the call to a life that feels more true- but are seeking support to bridge the distance between their current life, and the life that is beckoning.

sometimes this call comes in the form of a great loss or grief and the dizzying sense of emptiness of confusion that may follow.

sometimes it comes as a result of a steady, relentless, sense of dissatisfaction or longing, paired with the knowing that a more authentic, soulful life is possible.

whatever form the call comes in, i am honored to witness and support the folks who are willing to answer it, because i believe that this world is in desperate need of humans living in integrity with the gifts of their soul.

i believe that we do this soulful work not only for ourselves, but for our communities. our wholeness, is their wholeness. our healing, is their healing.

may we witness ourselves so that we may truly witness one another.

*i welcome and celebrate gender expansive, trans, and gender non-conforming folks who feel an affinity and connection with the offerings i share here.

  • all sessions are offered remotely at this time

    • intention statement: first things first. i’m here to support you as you distill down to the essentials of the truth that has called you to this work. We need a map, and this is how we begin to craft one. a simple statement to define who you are being called to be at this moment in your life.

    • daily + weekly practices: you will leave each session with a clear idea of ways to incorporate your intention into your daily life.

    • self-generated ceremony + ritual: these are core pieces of our work together and i want to support you in crafting authentic, meaningful, non-appropriative ceremony and ritual to release what no longer serves and invite that which is in alignment with your purpose. ceremony and ritual are powerful somatic modalities that, when rooted in something real, can have significant impacts on our lives and how we live them.

    • nature-based practices: i cannot separate myself from the land + water spaces that i inhabit, nor can imagine doing this work without them. together, through your felt experiences, we will explore the wild places and spaces around you that witness you + long to be witnessed in return. many of the practices that we will be working with ask that you step outside of your space and enter into the larger community that surrounds you.

    • shadow work: Embodying our full selves includes seeking out and befriending the parts of us that have been exiled due to socialization, trauma, relationships, etc. this can be difficult, painful, incredibly beautiful work, but I trust you + your process, and will never ask you to go anywhere that you do not consent to.

    • dream work: dreams are an incredible ally in supporting our homecoming. they long to tell us the truths of our wholeness, and I would love to help you listen more deeply.

    • breathwork: our breath is our life; it is the beloved we seek with every inhale, and a deeply supportive ally for moving through difficult moments that have historically kept us stuck.

  • i work on a sliding-fee scale in an effort to create a wider-range of access for folks who are seeking support in this work. in order for this fee-structure to work in a way that supports both you and i, i ask that we both approach this practice as honestly as we can.

my commitment: i am committed to offering transparent rates that reflect the true cost of my offerings (this includes education/training, preparation, follow up, + infrastructure costs) while also offering rates both below and above that cost in order to provide an accurate reference for you to choose your contribution based on your current financial capabilities.

what i ask of you: check in with yourself and be in your integrity about which of these tiers is accessible to you. Please consider that these services are individualized, unique offerings, and that i am tailoring each session specifically to you and your needs. i do not use a one-size-fits-all approach.

tier 1 (supported-cost option): you feel uncertain about covering your basic needs at times. you do not have access to savings. you could not participate at any other financial level. You are a member of the trans, BIPOC, and/or disabled communities.

tier 2 (true-cost option): you are consistently able to cover your basic expenses, even when it occasionally feels like a stretch. you may have some access to savings and/or expendable income.

tier 3 (supporting-cost option): you do not worry about meeting your basic needs and have access to both savings, and expendable income. you are willing to pay above the true cost to help subsidize the cost of those who do not have access to these resources in order to support equitable access to these services.

    *session packages:

    6 sessions

    Tier 1: $420

    Tier 2: $590

    Tier 3: $745

    8 sessions

    Tier 1: $550

    Tier 2: $780

    Tier 3: $985

*payment plans are available on the booking page.

  • Q: how long do you usually work with people?

A: i typically work with people for a minimum of 3 months, and have worked with some of my clients for over a year. as Francis Weller says,

The soul moves at geologic speed.”

this work can be sloooow. it is intentional. It is incredibly beautiful, and it can also be deeply painful. i am committed to moving at the pace that honors each individual’s unique process.

Q: so, are you a personal coach?

A: sort of. i use the term “guide” to describe my work because that has literally been my job title, in many diverse capacities, for over a decade. but more importantly, i use it because i understand a guide to be someone who walks alongside you and discovers the surprises of the terrain with you. yes, i’m familiar with the region, but your landscape is unique to you, and i want to honor that.

this is a free 30-min zoom call where you and i can talk more deeply about where you find yourself presently and what kind of support you are seeking to determine if we are a good fit for working together.

i’m looking forward to meeting you!
